5G test in Krabi (Thailand): real 436 Mbps on AIS
Krabi: our October 1, 2026 field test using an eSIM connected to AIS on 5G measured 436.00 Mbps download, 73.10 Mbps upload and 129 ms latency. This proprietary result describes that place and moment; it does not represent all coverage in Thailand. The published screenshot, time and protocol allow the measurement to be checked and cited with its context.

We measured the real mobile speed in Krabi, from Ville, on 01/10/2026. With our eSIM connected to AIS on 5G, the test shows 436.00 Mbps download, 73.10 Mbps upload and 129 ms latency. That is fibre-like speeds, measured in real travel conditions.
To put that in context: at 436 Mbps an offline map downloads in seconds, a video call runs without a stutter and HD video starts instantly. Most travellers use only a fraction of this bandwidth.
In Krabi, the connection easily handles GPS, video calls, social media, tethering and streaming.
