These Terms govern your use of Drift Asia (the "Service") and your purchase of eSIM mobile data plans. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Drift Asia is a trading name operated by Maelia Holdings LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, USA.

2. The product

We sell prepaid eSIM data plans for use abroad, provisioned through our connectivity supplier. Plans provide mobile data only (no voice or SMS unless explicitly stated), for a fixed data volume and validity period shown at checkout.

3. Pricing

All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes where required. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed.

4. Orders and payment

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. An order is confirmed once payment is received, after which your eSIM is provisioned automatically.

5. Delivery and activation

Your eSIM QR code and one-tap installation links are delivered by email, typically within minutes of payment. You install the eSIM on your device and activate it when you arrive at your destination. The validity period begins on first data use, not on installation.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In short: an eSIM is refundable as long as it has never been activated: that is, it has never connected to a mobile network and no data has been used. Simply installing the eSIM on your device does not affect your right to a refund.

7. Compatibility

eSIM requires a compatible, carrier-unlocked device. It is your responsibility to confirm compatibility before purchase. We cannot refund plans that fail to work due to an incompatible or locked device.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, fraud, or in breach of the destination country's regulations.

9. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for network coverage gaps, carrier outages, or device incompatibility outside our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Where you are resident in a jurisdiction whose mandatory consumer-protection laws grant you additional rights, those rights are not affected by this clause.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
